Even as a seasoned designer, I found this course useful in just the first few lessons. There are so many little things that we are not taught in school that I am learning here. Dansky speaks very clearly and is incredibly knowledgeable making it easy to follow. I totally recommend for beginners especially, but to the experienced designer as well to learn more useful tips and tricks.

This course is a fantastic resource for both beginners with no prior knowledge or experience in designing in Illustrator as well as those more experienced designers looking to enhance their knowledge of the application. Dan is a very charismatic instructor. He does a fantastic job of comprehensively going over all the different tools and techniques in Illustrator (old and new), when and how to best utilize those tools, and the best ways to combine different techniques to create your own magic. The course is structured really well. The lessons are easy to follow and each lesson is full of valuable insights and feels fun and engaging. Dan is a gret teacher, I think he was born to teach.
Although having learned to work with Photoshop in my Graphic Design course, I've always preferred working with vectors. As so, I only used Photoshop for some simple tasks. I am a very exigent learner as I need to know why things work the way they do so that I can make better and wiser options when choosing the tools I need for each intended result. I also got very overwhelmed when needing to use lots of adjustment layers. Dan is a great teacher; I think he was born to teach. His calm and efficient way of doing things is quite contagious and helped me a lot. After this Photoshop course with Dan, I feel more confident and I will use Photoshop more and better.
